The Challenge
Daniel, an archaeologist running workshops for children across Italy, needed a website to showcase his programs. The site had to feel fun and playful to resonate with kids, while still carrying colors and themes that connect to archaeology. Since Daniel wanted to work off a template, we kicked things off by scouting for the right base design that could balance both playfulness and professionalism.
What We Did
We began by presenting Daniel with a range of template options, helping him select the one that best aligned with his playful yet archaeology-inspired vision. From there, we crafted the website copy with SEO in mind—a challenge in itself since the content needed to work naturally in Italian. After some refinements based on Daniel’s feedback, we moved forward with editing the chosen template. Next came the brand personality: selecting the right typography and earthy color palette to strike a balance between fun for kids and credibility for parents. Once the foundation was set, we focused on ensuring smooth user flow and consistent design across the site. To make signing up effortless, we added two clear CTAs for each workshop: one via WhatsApp with preset text (so parents wouldn’t need to remember workshop names) and another via email. We also built a dedicated gallery page showcasing photos and videos from workshops, along with a preview of Daniel’s Instagram feed, his main source of updates and community engagement.
The Result
We helped Daniele successfully launch his website, from connecting his domain to making sure it was optimized to rank well on Google. The site not only captured the playful spirit of his workshops but also gave parents an easy way to get in touch and book. Daniele was delighted with the outcome, and the website is now a key tool in growing his workshops across Italy.
